Chicken shawarma tower

Chicken Shawarma Tower is a popular Middle Eastern dish that consists of layers of marinated and spiced chicken that is roasted on a spit or grilled, sliced, and served on pita bread with garlic sauce and a variety of toppings. The chicken is typically marinated in a blend of Middle Eastern spices, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil before being cooked, giving it a flavourful and tender texture.

I used metal paper towel holder to stack the chicken or you can buy a small chicken tower holder with plate from Amazon I have it linked to my Amazon shop.

2 kilo boneless chicken thighs or mix of chicken thighs and chicken breast
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp paprika
4 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp Shawarma spice(optional) or any other spices that you like to add

Sides :
Pita bread or Arabic saj bread
Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onion, Pickles..
Fries
Garlic sauce

1: wash and marinate the boneless chicken thighs over night or at least before couple hours
2: stack chicken on top each other then cover with foil
3: bake at 380 degree covered for about 45 minutes if you have convection bake use that instead of regular bake
4: after 45 minutes uncover and cook for another 45 minute till it’s golden color all around
5:cut and serve while still hot.

Note: After cutting the outside layer, you can put it back in the oven on high to brown the chicken or slice the whole tower then brown the chicken in a pan or just serve it the way it is.
