Pistachio bread filled with pistachio cream fluffy soft and delicious. ✨Ingredients✨ 4 1/2 to 5 cup flour 2 cups warm milk 1/4 cup powdered milk or coffee mate 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 tbsp yeast 1 tsp salt ✨Fillings and toppings ✨ Pistachio cream/ spread Crushed pistachios ✨Instruction✨ 1: mix together 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt, yeast, milk powdered and warm milk. 2: cover and let it rest for 10 minutes 3: After 10 minutes add oil and the remaining flour slowly mix then continue with your hands and knead till you get a soft dough. 4:cut the dough into small balls the size that you like then let it rest for 10 minutes. 5: roll each dough ball
6. fill with pistachio cream then close, roll again with rolling pin flat cut the edges then roll to make croissant shape or any other shape that you like.
7. rest for 15 minutes on the tray.
8. then bake at 400f till golden color,
7: after finish baking take out and let it cool down then sprinkle powdered sugar.
8. drizzle pistachio cream and crushed pistachios.
9: save in a close tight container on the counter for 2 days or in the fridge up to one week.
Note: when you take out the fridge you can warm it in the microwave for few seconds
Assalaamu alaikum wwb. I love this recipe, seems very easy . However I’m confused at point 6. Should the dough be closed back into a ball n rolled out flat again? Then rolled into a croissant?

In this recipe I used store bought pistachio cream but if you can’t find it you can use chocolate, jam or any spread that you like.
