Honeycomb Bread

Honeycomb bread can be made in so many ways and with so many fillings. My favourite way of making the dough by using my fast dough method comes out fluffy soft and light exactly how honeycomb bread should be and for the filling I keep it simple by using cream cheese sometimes I add Nutella or pistachio cream all taste delicious and for the topping I like to add sweetened condense milk but you can add simple syrup or for healthier options you can use honey.

To get a fluffy light dough make sure to rest the dough till it’s double the size and make sure the oven is preheated it won’t need long in the oven to bake.
