Spatchcock Roast Chicken

✨Ingredients ✨
1 whole chicken 1.5 kg 
3 tbsp yogurt 
2 tbsp tomato paste 
2 tbsp mustard 
1 tsp chili paste 
2 tbsp lemon juice 
4 minced garlic 
2 tbsp oil 
1 tbsp salt 
1 tbsp paprika 
1 tsp black pepper 
1 tsp rosemary 
Potatoes 

✨Instructions ✨
1: clean and wash the chicken with cold water and vinegar.
2: tap with paper towel to dry 

3: Place chicken breast-side down, cut the spine using a knife or scissors.
4: flip then flat using your hands by pressing on the breast down 
5: in a bowl mix together all the ingredients listed above 
6: brush the sauce mix all over the chicken on both sides then keep some of the sauce to use on the potatoes 
7: you can bake the chicken right away or marinate for couple hours for better flavor 
8: cut potatoes into wedges then mix with the remaining sauce.
9: place the chicken in a baking dish and add around it the potatoes then cover with aluminum foil.
10: bake in a preheated oven at 400f for 30 minutes covered.
11: uncover then cook for another 30 to 45 minutes u covered till golden color and crispy.
