Ingredients

  • 1 block Cream cheese 225g, softened
  • 1 container Sour cream 500g
  • 1 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 2-3 Avocados
  • 1 tbsp Lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 cups Salsa any kind you like
  • 2 cups Shredded Tex-Mex or marble cheese
  • 1 tbsp Additional taco seasoning for cheese
  • 1 Bell peppers finely chopped
  • 1 Tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup Green onions chopped
  • Olives or jalapeños optional – as desired
  • Tortilla chips – for serving

Instructions

  • Prepare the cream layer:Soften the cream cheese and mix it with sour cream and taco seasoning until smooth.
  • Make the guacamole:Mash the avocados and stir in lemon or lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Layer the dip:In mini cups (or a large dish), start with the cream layer.
  • Add guacamole:Spread evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  • Add salsa:Spoon on top of the guacamole layer.
  • Add cheese:Mix shredded cheese with taco seasoning, then sprinkle over the salsa.
  • Top with fresh veggies:Add chopped bell peppers, tomatoes, green onions, and optional olives or jalapeños.
  • Chill & serve:Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to let layers set. Serve with tortilla chips on the side.

  • Layering order matters – Start with the cream cheese base, then guacamole, salsa, cheese, and finish with fresh veggies or extras.
