Clean and wash the wings with cold water and vinegar.
Pat them dry with a paper towel.
Add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, chili flakes, and corn starch. Mix until well combined.
Spray a tray with oil, then line the wings on the tray. It’s best to use a tray or a metal tray with lines.
Cook the wings in the Airfryer at 400°F for 14 minutes, or bake in the oven.
After 8 minutes, flip the wings and cook for another 6 minutes. They should be crispy and golden. If baking in the oven, bake at 450°F until golden and crispy.
Make the sauce by combining honey, hot sauce, and mixing corn starch with water. Then, add it to the mixture.
Stir until the sauce thickens, which should take about 2 minutes.
Add the wings to the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional) and garnish with green onions.
Serve with ranch dressing.
