Ingredients

  • 6 large or 12 mini croissant
  • Chocolate spread
  • Pistachios spread
  • Cheesecake cream or whipping cream
  • Crushed nuts ( pistachio almonds etc
  • Frerochee chocolate
  • Fresh berries grammar

Instructions

  • 1.Take store-bought croissants and flatten them using a rolling pin. Roll a few times until they are flat. Place them on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 10 to 12 minutes.
  • 2.Once you take them out of the oven, they will be crispy on the outside but still slightly soft. Let them cool down, and they will firm up as they cool.
  • 3.Once the croissants are completely cooled, start adding your toppings. I made one with pistachio spread and crushed pistachios, and another with chocolate spread topped with Ferrero Rocher. You can use any chocolate you prefer. I also made one with a cheesecake topping that I prepared ahead of time, and topped it with fresh fruit. Another variation I made was a mix of chocolate and pistachio spread.
  • 4.To make the cheesecake topping, add cold whipping cream and powdered sugar to a mixer and beat until stiff peaks form. Then, add softened cream cheese and mix again. Place the mixture in a piping bag and refrigerate before using.
  • 5.The croissants with chocolate and pistachio spread can be kept at room temperature, but the ones with the cheesecake topping should be stored in the fridge and shouldn’t be left out for too long.
