Ingredients
– 1 kg chicken breastsabout 4 to 5 chicken breasts
– Enough water to cover + 2 tbsp salt for brine
– 1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
– Brioche buns
– Sliced tomatoes
– Lettuce
– Mayonnaise
Seasoning:
– 2 tbsp paprika
– 1 tbsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp cayenne pepper
– 2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp thyme
– 2 tsp oregano
Instructions
Brine the chicken breasts in cold water and salt for at least 1/2 to 1 hour.
Remove the chicken from the water and pat dry.
Cut each chicken breast in half.
Mix all the mentioned seasonings, then add them to the chicken.
Add oil and mix everything together.
Preheat the grill to 400°F, then add the chicken and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, totaling 8 minutes.
Remove the chicken and start assembling by adding mayonnaise, followed by the chicken, tomato, and lettuce.
