Ingredients

  • – 1 kg chicken breasts about 4 to 5 chicken breasts
  • – Enough water to cover + 2 tbsp salt for brine
  • – 1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
  • – Brioche buns
  • – Sliced tomatoes
  • – Lettuce
  • – Mayonnaise
  • Seasoning:
  • – 2 tbsp paprika
  • – 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • – 1 tsp onion powder
  • – 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • – 2 tsp salt
  • – 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • – 1 tsp thyme
  • – 2 tsp oregano

Instructions

  • Brine the chicken breasts in cold water and salt for at least 1/2 to 1 hour.
  • Remove the chicken from the water and pat dry.
  • Cut each chicken breast in half.
  • Mix all the mentioned seasonings, then add them to the chicken.
  • Add oil and mix everything together.
  • Preheat the grill to 400°F, then add the chicken and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, totaling 8 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken and start assembling by adding mayonnaise, followed by the chicken, tomato, and lettuce.
