Ingredients

Savory pinwheels( deli , veggie and labneh pinwheels)

  • 3 Tortilla wraps
  • 6 slices Deli chicken or turkey slices
  • 6 slices Marble or cheddar cheese slices or both
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 4 Lettuce
  • 2 tbsp Garlic and herbs Cream cheese
  • Veggies of your choice sliced or chopped (I like lettuce, cucumber & sweet pepper)
  • 2 tbsp Labneh
  • 8 Pitted and sliced Olives
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Zaatar
  • Fresh mint optional

Sweet pinwheels (chocolate or peanut butter with banana)

  • 2 Tortilla wraps
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate spread
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 3 Banana
  • 1 Tbsp Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • Prepare fillings – wash, slice, and get everything ready.
  • Spread your chosen base (mayo, cream cheese, labneh, peanut butter, etc.) evenly over a tortilla or pita.
  • Layer with toppings (deli meats, cheese, veggies, fruit, or spreads).
  • Roll tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
  • Slice into small rounds (about 1–2 inches thick).
  • Serve fresh on a platter.

Notes

  • Use thick tortillas to prevent tearing.
  • Don’t overfill to make rolling easier.
  • Pat veggies dry to avoid sogginess.
  • Chill rolls before slicing for clean cuts.
  • Best served within 2–4 hours.
