Pasta with yogurt sauce called Macaroni bi Laban one of the pasta dishes that you will love if you try!!
Creamy garlicky and light so refreshing during the summer delicious and super easy to make.
✨Ingredients✨
3 cups of pasta your choice
Water for cooking the pasta
-Sauce:
3 cups yogurt
1 large minced garlic
1 tbsp dried mint
Salt and black pepper for your liking
Topping:
200 gram ground beef
Salt and black pepper for your liking
1/4 cup pine-nuts
Olive oil for cooking and to add on top
✨Instructions ✨
1: in a pot add water then bring to boil, add the pasta of your choice I used macaroni pasta and cook as direction on the box.
2: while pasta cooking make the yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, salt, black pepper, dried mint and minced garlic.
3: in a pan add oil then add pine-nuts and toast till golden color.
4: remove the toasted pine-nuts and in the same pan add oil and ground beef season with salt and black pepper and cook till brown.
5: strain the pasta when finish cooking let it cool down then add to the yogurt sauce and mix till all combined.
6: you can eat the pasta alone with the tougher sauce or you can top it with the cooked ground beef and pine-nuts.
7: drizzle of olive oil on top.
Note: this pasta can prepared ahead of time taste so good cold or you can eat it right away while pasta still warm.
