Biscoff cheesecake cups makes the perfect dessert cups for any occasion or party.

1 jar biscoff spread
12 to 16 biscoff cookies
1 block cream cheese 250g
2 cups whipping cream liquid
1 can 300ml sweetened condensed milk.
(add first half the can of sweetened condensed milk and if you want it more sweet then add more)
Note: this recipe makes 12 to 14 cups size 5oz
Tips; 1;this recipe need to be refrigerated for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
2;use pipping bag to add the cream inside the cups it’s way easier, faster and cleaner.
1: crush the biscoff cookies in a food processor.
2: in a stand mixer add whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk, add 1/2 or 3/4 of the condensed milk at first then add more if you like it more sweet.
3: whisk till soft peaks then move to a plate in the same stand mixer add cream cheese and 2 tbsp of biscoff spread then whisk till soft and fluffy.
4: add back in the whipping cream and whisk for 1 minute then use a spatula and mix to make sure everything combined together.
5: add the crushed cookies inside each cup then press down.
6: add the cream mix in a piping bag then add into the cups.
7: in the microwave melt biscoff spread then add on top each cup, I used about 1 tbsp.
8: add little bit off the crushed cookies on top in the middle then add half a cookie.
9: refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving for best results.
